A hacker after getting irritated of receiving spams, hacked into the mailing list database of the spam source, and erased the entire database of email addreses. Below is the news in that relation.
The Israeli National Institute of Standards have being practicing in a controversial activity. In the name of “helping to inform the public” the National Institute of Standards hired a company to send email messages thru the company’s distribution list (in other words spam list). An Israeli hacker tired of getting these spam messages have taken an action and hacked to the server where the email database is stored. I think this is what hackers should be doing, hacking into spammers database and deleting it. Atleast that would reduce spams tremendously. Hackers you heared me.

But the question still is, why games? Has pornography find another way to spread itself? I think government regulators should do something about this, especially in regards to the under aged playing such games.
A Nigerian court has sentenced a woman to two and half years in jail after she pleaded guilty to fraud charges in the country’s biggest e-mail scam case.
Amaka Anajemba, one of three suspects in a $242 million fraud involving a Brazilian bank, must return $48.5 million to the bank, hand over $5 million to the government and pay a fine of $15,000 (2 million naira), the country’s antifraud agency said Saturday.
Scams have become so successful in Nigeria that antisleaze campaigners say swindling is one of the country’s main foreign exchange earners after oil, natural gas and cocoa.
Anajemba’s sentencing by a Lagos High Court on Friday is the first major conviction since the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) was established in 2003 to crack down on Nigeria’s thriving networks of e-mail fraudsters. [ For Futher Reading]

Well as i said, in my previous post in relation to internet fraud, Nigerians are generally not that sleek as they are said to be. They are just good in the “mail department”, sending u spams and the unfortunate greedy, gullible ones falling from it. The question i always ask is “WHY YOU?“. Why not me? Why not her or him? Well it seems the Nigerian government is taking it very seriously. But the question still remains, Is Fraud from Nigeria almost history?
Discrimination. Oh yes, thats what i would call it. But there must be a reason for that. I mean bloggers in general have mutated to become worse than even journalist. So, what is it with job seekers who also write blogs?
In a recent visit to chronicle careers, i came across this topic Bloggers Need Not Apply By IVAN TRIBBLE and i couldnt help but read through a very long article that went on to give examples of such instances whereby the employers actually went to Google to investigate the online activities of their applicants by tying the applicants name as the query. They employers actually use the content, to evaluate the job seeker, and that is really shocking.
I really do understand the stance of this employers, especially for the fact, that bloggers talk to much about themselves and their life on their blogs. We would discover that a lot of bloggers, just get the whole idea of freedom of expressing oneself wrong. Its the International network, for goodness sake. And anybody, infact everybody can read your stuff, whether protected or not, and things that are private should be private. And they should totally stay offline.
My advice to all bloggers out there,is if you know that you are going to be a “job seeker” in the future, avoid blogging on too personal stuff, especially things that are just meant to be private.
And here is a little excerpt from Chronicles to give you an idea of the degree of the situation here.
We’ve seen the hapless job seekers who destroy the good thing they’ve got going on paper by being so irritating in person that we can’t wait to put them back on a plane. Our blogger applicants came off reasonably well at the initial interview, but once we hung up the phone and called up their blogs, we got to know “the real them”—better than we wanted, enough to conclude we didn’t want to know more.
In the recent Nielsen//NetRatings of top internet brand for the year 2005, I was really shocked to find out that the great Google brand, was in the 4th position.

I would add Nigeria to the international dirty dozen, with the help me get my money out of here email scam. It is also known to be one of the major players in the shipping the goods to a freight forwarder to circumvent the international shipping scrutiny. By the way, most of the victims of this scam pay through account debits and wire services.

Please can someone tell me what the Googles URL is? Now do i sound stupid? I really do not think so. Actually that is the kind of questions we are supposed to be answering gladly.
When someone ask me this kind of question, i really would be very glad to answer . This not only because its an obvious answerable question, but its really simple and specific. But when someone goes into the extreme of asking technical questions, such as “What is entreprenuership? or even How do I start a blog?” and expects me to have an answer to such a question. Then I would say that, thats really a stupid question and such a question does not deserve any answer at all. I am not a walking technical dictionary for goodness sake, and it is really, very irritating and a total wastage of bandwidth and time to be answering such a question. Rather than answering irritating questions like this one, I would just scream out the two words “GOOGLE IT”.
I might sound mean, yes, but isnt those kind of questions irritating? The inability to do a little research on a subject of interest, has become a very disturbing attitude common amongst supposedly literate people online nowadays.
And suprisingly this irritating attitude, keeps on repeating itself because of the willingness of the responder to research on behalf of the questionier, and thus the questionier thinks that every person online happens to be a walking dictionary. And with that kind of attitude, we dont really learn much about that subject of interest. I think its about time, that people just start learning to say No to stupid questions, that deserve broad researches.
We do really need to encourage our friends and colleagues to start doing their own research for their own good, before thinking of asking any question in that relation. It does really helps them in learning broadly, and also thus save you the time and bandwidth you are suppose to use in doing something more reasonable and important.
Wouldnt you love to see your friend or colleagues talking and sharing about the technicalities of their subject of interests rather than asking? I guess we all do. And thats really what learning, sharing and contributing ideas of interest is all about, not spoon feeding.

33 killed in London terror attacks
At least 33 people have been killed and scores wounded after four bombs exploded in London’s transport system today, British police said. “We were all trapped like sardines waiting to die,” said subway bombing witness Angelo Power. “I honestly thought I was going to die, as did everyone else.” [For futher reading >>]
What i cant understand and would never understand is why people are so barbaric. Is it in the name of religion as in “Islam” which normally is what this terrorist always claim to be the main reason for their cause?, although the religion itself does not support terrorism, or is it in the name of their selfish interest, as in terms of those barbaric Arabian individuals, that just think that by planting bombs arround the world, they could bring peace to the Arabian world?.
All i can tell is Al-Qaeda or whatever they call it is an Arabian terrorist organization, and has no link with “Islam”. Well security in America and the United Kingdom should be more tighter. But is this really the solution to avoid future re-occurencies?. I hope nobody has a family member that is a caualty of such a barbaric attack. And to all that happen to be, my condolences.Humans indeed are beasts.
