		<description>Nigeria doesn't have a middle class as far as I know.  Two classes exist, the elite, and the working stiffs. Most so called poor countries are that way.

Mexico is a perfect example.  President Fox is not making any effort to reduce poverty.  Why?  Because Mexico says it needs the cheap labor.</description>
