		<description>I can tell you one thing. Nigeria has really got a bad name out there. You can't imagine the hell one has to go through even when conducting legitimate transactions. These retailers would simply not ship to Nigeria. I wouldn't blame them. Most of the people who fall for these scams are actually too trusting and don't do their DD before fulfilling an order. On a more serious note, we've got to find a solution to this. What do you all suggest?</description>

		<description>Well what I think is the oproblem is people who do this fraud have collaborators outside the country that is nigeria. If there is no will there will not be a way the foreigners should always go through the right channels when transacting business in Nigeria please watch out Nigeria is not the only country with fraud in the world why is the media always focused on this giant of Africa? what of Enron,Yukos in Russia, Parmalat in Italy and so on pls leave us alone and mind ur business.</description>
